Shipping Info

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 7 business days, most of the items are preorders and can take longer to ship out so please read the description of the products for more information before purchasing.

Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before placing your order, in case of address change etc please feel free to reach out to me through email and Ill try my best to help out.

Shipping

  • National Shipping (Germany)

    I ship all packages with DHL, it can take up to 1 week for packages to arrive.

    The packages don’t include tracking. The prices are based on their weight and size.

  • International Shipping

    Europe: Shipping is untracked and can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive.

    Worldwide: Shipping is untracked and can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Packaging

I try my best not to use any plastic in packaging the orders and try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. As I am trying out different packaging products I will be updating this page once the packaging materials are set finally.

Payment Methods

You can pay with Creditcard, Apple Pay and many more methods. If there is any problem with your payment please feel free to get in contact with me.

Damaged/Missing items

Returns

My goal is for you to be 100% happy and content with my products.

However if something is not right, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving. You can find all information regarding returns under “Right of withdrawal”.

Exemptions are subscriptions like the Bluey Mail Club which you can cancel if you don’t want to continue receiving it and commissions,

Return conditions:

  • Please get in touch with me by email before sending out the item.

  • Please ensure that the products are returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.

  • Products that are damaged or used will not be accepted for return.

  • The return shipping fee must be paid by the buyer

  • Incase the the return product gets lost/damaged/stolen during transit, I cannot hold any liability for that.
